The first step toward joining our practice

Every family at SolHaven begins with a free orientation. It is a relaxed, no-pressure way to see the birth center, learn how we care for families, and ask anything on your mind. Come in person or join over Zoom, whichever is easier for you.

What to expect when you come

In about an hour, you will get a real feel for SolHaven.

  • A short presentation on our care model and what to expect across pregnancy and birth
  • A guided tour of the birth center
  • Time for your questions, answered honestly
  • The option to schedule your first visit if it feels right
There is no cost and no obligation to continue.
Pick a time that works

Starting in August, orientations are held on the first Thursday of the month at 6 p.m. and the third Monday of the month at noon. Choose a date below and tell us a little about you, and we will confirm your spot.
